Such agreements will specify: project scope and deliverables, timeline and milestones, pricing and payment terms, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, warranty and support terms, and other project-specific terms and conditions.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services, as required by law, or with your express permission. We require all employees and contractors to sign confidentiality agreements. For specific projects, we are happy to execute mutual non-disclosure agreements.

7. Payment Terms

Generally, we offer flexible payment options including milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects and monthly billing for time-and-material engagements.
